San Antonio Natural Stone Tile Installation

The floor tiles came out cleaner than when first installed. The tech was punctual, tidy and did a great job. I am wheelchair bound and dependent on professionals to do maintenance work I once did. Their work exceded my high expectations. I highly recommend Cross Cleaning.

I didn't like then at all they left the work incomplete and they did not offer to come back. They took short cuts and I walked in on them talking about how they were going to cover up rooted wood with our wood flooring without me knowing. When they placed the stone floors they weren't placed correctly and there was no planning. They also put the tile over rooted wood so now it is unstable in some areas and it isn't level.

I simply cannot say enough about the high level of care and craftsmanship that Omar and his crew put into every category of their menu offerings. I am 100 percent satisfied and would use them again at the first opportunity.

Qualitile did a wonderful job on my tile. All of the grout lines are even and the tiles are too. They used high quality tile and the tile is really easy to keep clean. I thought that they were able to get the tile installed quickly, as it only took about one week. I do not remember the exact price, so I would rather not say the price.

AWESOME experience. Prompt, on both days they arrived on time and were professional. Performed the job in a timely manner. My only recommendation is that they pay a little more attention to details. The stickers from Lowes were still on the door and the worker's handprints had to be cleaned off. They performed only what was asked, and didn't make any recommendations or suggestions for finishing touches. I'll certainly use them again, but be more specific about what's needed. If their workers just put a little more effort into details these guys would be PERFECT!

I had originally asked them to replace 8 tiles on my floor but after replacing one, they broke two others next to the original one and told me that since the tiles were set so closely they did not want to attempt the others. I had also asked them to sand and re-stain the front door as our dog had scratched the bottom of the door when she had gotten out on one occasion. They did a light surface sanding and told me the scratches were too deep and suggested I just replace the door. They did not re-stain the door. Ours is a custom door and I did not want to go to the expense of replacing it and have since done the sanding and re-staining myself. The painted frame piece needed another coat of paint after they left so I finished that job as well. They ultimately reduced the original estimate for all the work by $50 but I felt this work was overpriced.

We had them measure and the sales manager worked with us on the price per sq foot and gave us a good buy. Since the wood was in stock it was delivered in two days and after the 3 days 'curing' period, they started on Monday and finished Thursday evening - it was quite a bit of space. They covered and blocked off everything they could, but word to the wise the dust from taking up the old stone tiles is relentless and we should have moved more items out of the area entirely. its been about two weeks and we are cleaned up and it looks lovely.

They did a really awesome job on my restroom floor. Will be calling them to redo my kitchen floor. Recommend to all my friends!!

The contract stated they would be in and out in 3 days. They finished the job in one. I was advised that they would level the floor where needed. They used concrete to level the floor. As the floor needed leveling all around I expected them to take the full 3 days. They were on time, payed the floor and put my house back together all in one day. I would highly recommend them for your flooring job. The price was very competitive and managed professionally.

I purchased the coupon for $179 and called the next day for an appointment. The person who made the appointment was pleasant and we scheduled it for a 12:30-2:30 time window. The gentleman who was to perform the service arrived on time. He was polite and professional. During our discussion of which floors we wanted done he made a phone call to his office. He then told us that Angie's List had made a mistake and was supposed to include an exclusion for "natural stone" on the coupon and that he would be unable to honor it. The best he could do was offer to credit the $179 to the full price of cleaning our slate tile floors, which would be well over $500 for the same 300 sq feet. He was polite and apologetic but couldn't help us any further. He did write an estimate for what it would take to perform the same services for all our floors, with the exception of our enclosed back porch(they're all slate tile, excluding our bedrooms), which came to over $1600. Nowhere on the coupon, which has been out for weeks, does it indicate this exclusion. The person who took the appointment didn't ask what type of tile we had either. We declined the offer to do the floors for several hundreds of dollars more than what we were expecting to pay. It's not only an issue of money but the fact that apparently it was assumed it was ok to penalize a customer, who purchased a service in good faith, for a mistake made by the two primary parties of this coupon agreement. Instead, they should have performed the services as expected and worked out any price difference issues with Angie's List. *Note-We didn't just buy this coupon the day it came out, it has been out there for several weeks. So if there was a problem with the natural stone exclusion, it should have been rectified by the time we purchased our coupon last week. Response to Provider: 1) The coupon did not say ceramic tile only. 2) I'm aware of the difference in ceramic and slate, which is why I looked for any appropriate exclusion. And I'm offended by your comment "she was unaware of the type of floor she had". Of course I'm aware, I had it put in. 3) I have asked for the refund from Angie's List and received one. 4) The discount was not offered until a quote of $1600 was given for doing all my floors. It WAS NOT offered on the original 300 square feet.
