Paul was very professional and knowledgeable, he proactively adjusted the waterfall for me to have water falling uniformly from it. Richard and John from Pride Floors did a wonderful job on an engineered wood floor for my 88 year old mother. Her house was flooded due to a malfunctioning washing machine that required her to move out of her house for the duration of the drying out, demo of the ruined floor and the installation of the new floor. We visited numerous flooring stores trying to find a similar floor to be installed and all the stores we visited showed us similar flooring but it would take at least 3 weeks to just get the flooring delivered to San Antonio. Richard understood the rush to get my mother moved back into her house and he went above and beyond to locate an acceptable engineered wood floor that was in a local warehouse and he was able to obtain the flooring and get it installed in 1 week. The floor looks great and my mother is back in her house. Thanks so much Richard and John.

I got an estimate from another vendor who was very high. My Contractor recommended I call Bellezza Granite. From the moment I spoke with Albert, Project Manager, I knew this was a great company. The estimate was much more reasonable with higher quality countertop materials. Albert made sure the project went through smoothly from selecting countertop material to installation. The installers were on time, very professional and got the job done to my satisfaction. Even the owner came by to make sure job was going along well. It’s a family owned business and the team enjoys working with each other. I am very pleased and will highly recommend Bellezza Granite to anyone who needs countertops installed with no hassle.

My old 1924 home was in need of an extensive repair and a paint job. Much of the old wood had been bare for over two years and my eaves were rotting away. I called several companies to get bids. A Home Maintenance and Repair's bid was fair and the process Bobby was going to use to paint my old home was the best bet for this old wood, so I went with him. Bobby Woods knows what he's doing in regards to older homes. He understands what needs to be done, how to do it, and he is not intimidated by the work. Bobby repaired and restored my old 1924 home and it is absolutely beautiful now! He was friendly and professional. The quality of his work is outstanding. He repaired all of my old screens and even built screens that had long since been lost! Most of the other companies I called did not want to mess with my screens at all. I will be calling A Home Maintenance Repair for all of my other home projects. I trust him and I know that he will do good quality work at an honest price.
