Not only was he extremely professional but he was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our air-conditioning and also gave us some tips on how to spot these issues in the future.     Great experience. Figured out the problem very quickly & convinced me to re-do some duct work that was improperly installed (& sized) just a couple ago to provide better flow & efficiency where needed. The secondary unit was unnecessary and although the work done was not inexpensive, it was DEFINITELY cheaper than adding more equipment to compensate for a poor design/install of duct work. Very prompt, honest & efficient with work done. I later hired them to install a Wifi thermostat and perform "routine" maintenance on my system. Again, the work was done in a thorough, workmanlike manner with meaningful feedback & recommendations. Two thumbs up.

    Technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Very Satisfied with service and system rendered. Technicians came out and identified a whole in the coils of my AC system. They tried to submit a warranty repair to the manufacturer, but was denied since system was not registered when installed in the home when it was built 6 years ago. Decided on going with a complete replacement since repair would have cost $2500 and new install was $5000. Figured paying $2500 more for brand new system with guaranteed 10 yr warranty was much better than paying $2500 for 1 yr warranty for repairing the coils. Definitly happy going the higher end amount since my new AC system is more energy efficient and seems to keep my home cooler without having to lower the temp. Another interesting piece of having my AC system replaced discovere that construction team that installed AC system when home was built left original box and manual that the thermostat came in behind the air handler. There was a lot of other stuff left behind too. Somewhat surprised something didn't catch on fire. Lesson and advice to all home buyers of new homes, have some body constantly monitor construction for trash being thronw into areas that can easily be coverd but can become potential hazards. This isn't the only area we have found where construction crews have thrown garbage. It's appaling what these home builders allow their constructions crew to do with garbage.

    Called the office around 4:30 and Don S. arrived about 8:30. He identified the problem and had the parts in his truck to do the repair. Don had the unit up and running by 9:15 pm. He carefully showed me the damaged parts explained the repair. The unit is up and running perfectly! In talking with him it is apparent he knows heating and air conditioning is terrific fixing a/c problems. Thank you Don S.
