I had three toilets that needed adjusting as they were running after flushing. I paid $49.00 for an hours worth of work on the Angie's list promo. The plumber came in and wanted to charge me $50.00 each for an $18.00 part. Told me the company was all about service and warranty. When I asked about replacing one of the toilets he quoted me $1800.00 for the toilet and install. He wound up replacing three water regulators in three toilets for $200.00 on top of the 49.00 I had already paid Angie's list. Not ever using these guys again.

Charged $100 after hours fee plus $185 for clog which did not fix the problem. Wants to now charge an additional $300 for a camera fee. Failed to show up today to install a toilet. Lied about the reason why, rescheduled it twice and never showed at all. DO NOT USE, DISHONEST

It went very well. I purchased the coupon for $49. Each time two gentlemen came out. All of them were courteous and professional. The initial tune up lasted about 30 minutes. I knew there may have been a potential leak on one of my toilets and they diagnosed it and quoted me $180 to fix it. First guys were quick and competent. They came on time. I was quite pleased as another company took over an hour, and still could not confidently tell me if there was an issue/what the issue was without opening my walls (which they would have charged me to do). They made another appoint to repair the toilet as they did not have the parts necessary. Second guys were also prompt, on time and efficient. You could tell they knew what they were doing. One guy updated one toilet and the second guy repaired the problematic toilet. They finished within the estimated hour. Clear instructions, written invoice/receipt. Plusses: they tried to keep the mess at a minimum, were mindful of my carpets as they put on these sock thingies over their shoes when they came into my condo.

Easily scheduled service though their customer service rep. The serviceman came to the house on time and quickly fixed the issue that I had with the toilet. He also took the time to show me how to fix the issue and other issues if they were to arise in the future. The company also was available when I had to call about another toilet issue. They had the guy that came to the house call me and walk me through the steps to fix the problem. Great service.

Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter
A guest came over and put a lot of things down my toilet that should not go down a toilet. (She took no responsibility and did not offer to pay for repair.) On Easter evening I called Leak Free. Unlike the other places I called he answered the phone and came right over. (I have only one bathroom.) He was polite and very clean when he worked. I prepared myself for a large bill. He charged me only 100 bucks. Fantastic. I will always use him.

They were very clean in their job both during the installation and the clean up afterward. I would definitely hire Drain Master again.

Recent Review: Had to remove the toilet to get to clog - spool of dental floss dropped into the toilet. Removed toilet and carried to front yard to unplu. Then reinstalled and checked for leaks, etc. Did excellent job.
