Kitchen & Countertop Center Of New EnglandOur experience with KCCNE was truly a pleasure. From our meetings with Eddy, one of the owners; to Cindy, Dan, Kelli and Leo our project managers; to Shawn and the demo crew; to the staff, especially Tara, at KCCNE; to Steve and Scott, our electricians; to Bobby, our plumber; to Scott and his family, our drywall installers; to John the carpenter who took care of any minor problems that arose and made sure we were happy; to Janae, who came to clean the entire project area when the project was finished. And to Ray, our main carpenter, who was not only a perfectionist but became a friend. He helped us to avoid making mistakes and his suggestions were always appreciated. This was a full kitchen remodel, except for flooring, and all the products we chose were delivered on time and professionally and carefully installed. From start to finish everyone made the process painless even thru the Covid 19 pandemic which presented a variety of issues which were all overcome with little or no stress on us. AIG ConstructionWe had planned to install a quartz countertop, and needed a general contractor's advice and maybe aid in removing our present formica countertop. Anthony came over to take a look, and agreed with us that our countertop would be very difficult to remove--also that in the process we might damage the cabinetry below. We decided not to take this risk, and to go instead with a new formica overlay. Although the formica would not involve much $$, Anthony did not abandon us. He quickly found us an experienced workman to lay down the new formica, and these guys are no longer easy to find. This one was also experienced with plumbing and could take care of disconnecting and reconnecting the sink. First, Anthony picked up the formica for us in Cranston--a big help. Next, the installer got to work right away and did an excellent job. Anthony stopped in several times to make sure the work was going well. There was one glitch, and he made sure that the installer fixed it by the next week. Then Anthony came by an additional time to glue down a trim between the countertop and backsplash, as he had originally promised. We were very happy with the all work and with the price, Both Anthony and the installer were professional, friendly, and reliable. Kitchen & Countertop Center Of New EnglandWalking into KCCNE was like scrolling through your Pinterest Account... but in life in real life, the only difference is instead of searching for ideas and/or answers you just ask Steve. Steve could not have done a better job with handling all of our questions and concerns about the removal of our current granite and backsplash. The guy is a walking manual when it comes to different granites, quartz & marble! He explained everything to my husband and I with the upmost patience of a saint. As you can imagine this was our first remodel. Steve also worked around our schedule as we only had a specific window of time to get everything done before we moved in. He even gave us references for the cabinet handles and our faucets, which we used and had nothing but outstanding services from them as well. I cannot stress enough how punctual, informative & committed the entire KCCNE company was to my husband and myself. What is notable about them, besides the gorgeous stones they carry, is the wonderful in-store experience they offer. Even when they have been busy, I have never felt rushed or pressured. The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat.

As soon as Bob came to my home to give me an estimate on my basement bathroom remodel, I knew I wanted to hire him. He, and his crew, are so polite and professional! It was the first time I had any remodeling done, so I needed some direction. Bob listened to what I envisioned for my bathroom, and then helped me choose materials (shower, sink, faucets, paint, flooring and ceiling tiles) that were high quality without being overly expensive. He kept me appraised of the progress daily, and never assumed to make adjustments, that would be better, without discussing them with me first. And all the work was done within the estimated timeframe safely and professionally - from set up to clean up. I am so happy with my bathroom and will be hiring Bob for any other projects I need done!
