The team has been fun, thorough, available and just plain smart since day 1. We went through a lot of design iteration--ranging from wildly ambitious to purely pragmatic. Moss worked with us every step of the way and were transparent about the trade-offs and timelines. We've finally settled on a plan and are excited to see it come to life. Nestor was honest with us and explained the whole proposal with us. My wife and I decided to have our old shed taken down and then Nestor and his people build a new one. Scott is a reliable and a very knowledgeable contractor. Only with looking at a simple picture, he knew what kind of repair was needed for the leaks on my walls coming from the deck. Scott's team came to my house and fixed the deck leaks in a matter of hours. The professional and very detailed quality work, was accomplished with honesty and timelines. Everything went according to plan until we got to the showers and bathtubs. There were leaks in both bathtubs, the shower and the sink. We also installed floor heating which no longer works because the bathtub leaked under the floor. The shower tiles are all cracking since they were not properly spaced and the shower floor is uneven and puddling. We still have leaks in 2 sinks and the bathtub. After a couple initial efforts to remediate HCC completely ceased responding. We are now stuck hiring another contractor to fix all the mistakes which is costing us about 50% of the original project total. Complete disaster, do not recommend

LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. You won't be disappointed, we have several other projects waiting for Tony and his team.

My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with our renovated home. From the design work done by Dave at NRG to very efficiently use our limited space, to the on-schedule completion of the work to facilitate our tight move-out/move-in schedule, to the outstanding punch list finishing work the NRG team did to make the minor repairs involved in every home project, to NRG's doggedness and determination to make sure we are satisfied all the way to the finish line--we really couldn't ask for a better home renovation experience. Even after unexpected but essential change orders like a new roof and sistered first floor joists, and the inclusion of the unanticipated desires like the purchase and installation of the basement Murphy bed, NRG's original price estimate was within a couple percent of the final total, which really says something about the effort and quality Dave and the NRG team put into their work, their professionalism, and their determination to get it right. My wife and I got everything we wanted at the price NRG quoted, which was right smack in the middle of the five bids we received and was quite fair and reasonable. NRG's commitment to stand by their work has given me great peace of mind. We have had minor hiccups since moving back in, each of which has been successfully and quickly resolved, and whenever something unexpected occurs, I remember and rest on Dave's assurance: "If there's an issue, we'll fix it. We stand by our work." That's exactly what Dave and NRG have done. A one stop shop for home remodeling. Quest had a wonderful team and was extremely responsive from start to finish. They were upfront about costs and, even then, took the extra step to fix little things they found could be done with the house - offering to hang lights, patch parts of the trim, etc. They take pride in their work and it shows. Efficient, professional and responsive. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Work was timely and of high quality. The project manager and owner were readily available, and work proceeded from one stage to the other smoothly. They suggested several changes that were real improvements over the original architect's design. They also quickly returned after project was done and bills paid to fix a minor issue with the drain. Very efficient at working with Arlington permitting system. Project was about $100,000.
