Castle was great to work with. Emily, our designer, came up with a great design and really listened to what we wanted rather than push her own ideas on us. Construction was on schedule and very organized. General communication with the project manager could have been a little better, but he always responded to emails promptly. There were also a few minor issues with cleaning up that were promptly addressed. I will be using them again when we get around to our bathrooms. The price was comparable to other companies and the quality was excellent.

C&T Siding replaced six windows in our stucco home this summer with new Marvin Infinity windows. All trim fit perfectly against cabinets and kitchen wall tile. C&T Siding did all the staining and finishing of the windows and trim prior to installation to match our original window color. These windows are expensive, but this is the second batch of Infinity windows we have installed in our home due to their quality and the quality of the installation.

JERRY'S DO IT BEST HARDWAREThese guys are the best! I went into the store with a list of 6-7 items. One of the employees asked me if he could help me find something, and I mentioned the items I was looking for. He went around the entire store, helping me select each of the items on my list! He was not only very knowledgeable but willing to provide such outstanding service. Another time, perhaps a year or so ago, I went in for some salt for the driveway. It was a heavy bag, and the person working there volunteered to help me carry it out to my car. And yet another time, an employee helped me select some grass seed (and maybe some other products - it was a while ago, so I can't remember all of the details). She knew her stuff and was extremely helpful. Honestly, this is the best service I have received at any store, ever!! I love this store!- Miriam G.

Jerry's Do It Best HardwareTHE JOB WENT VERY POORLY BUT THE HARDWARE STORE MADE US NOT FEEL SO BAD! WE RENTED THE SNAKE FOR A 4 HOUR RENTAL TIME BUT WERE UNABLE TO RETURN IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTER GETTING IT STUCK IN OUR SEWER DRAIN! WE ENDING UP CUTTING OFF THE SNAKE AND RETURNING IT MINUS MOST OF THE SNAKE CABLE! THEY WERE VERY VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CHARGED US A FRACTION OF WHAT WE EXPECTED FOR THE EXTRA TIME AND BROKEN MACHINE.- Tom W.

ACE HARDWARE AND PAINTThe folks at this Ace are indeed knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I won't say nothing has ever gone wrong, but if it has they make it right- Examples: #1 When I purchased the Weber grill, I paid for it and scheduled to have it delivered. As it turns out, the model looked at, discussed with a staff person and then purchased was NG vs LP. I received a call from the store informing me of the oversight. They then stated they would provided me with the newest model of the Genesis at the same price so I could have it that day and included a grill cover for my trouble. #2 When I picked my mower I brought in for repair, I discovered that the deflector was broken. Pointing this out to the person assigned to help me load the mower, he brought the mower back into the service area where the service team ordered and replaced the deflector N/C and without any hassles or questions such as "are you sure it wasn't broken when you brought it in?"
