Intown CraftsmenIntown Craftsmen represents an intelligent choice in home improvement. Russ Melton, owner, and his team are professional, accommodating, and skilled. Russ accommodated my schedule coming late in the evening to meet us and view the job. He offered fair pricing and a work schedule that proved to work for everyone. His team came on time, worked diligently and checked in along the way to get approval as the items on the 'punch list' were completed. The touch-up painting, carpentry (repair of hand rails on stairs), electrical work (outlets grounded, 3-way switch repaired, dishwasher wiring repaired), and finishing work were all done to complete satisfaction. Although there was no plumbing involved in this job, Russ has a complete staff of tradesmen to cover any need in home improvement. Russ guarantees his work. If there were any questions about a task detail, he made the changes to meet the expectations of his customer. Russ also provides a wealth of information for 'do it yourselfers.' He provided and explained the use of an electrical outlet function tool. He provided referrals to engage other professionals and to secure materials. I chose Intown Craftsmen based on feedback from customers who had done major renovations with this company. For Russ, no job is too small because my list contained several small items that were big problems for me. Global Value Supply- Renovate for Less OutletWe first went to their website - [*** Link removed ***] and we liked the products and pricing. So, we decided to go visit their showroom in Roswell. We found 2 vanities, faucets, lighting, and a toilet. We saved approximately $850 by going to Global Value Supply vs our local big box retail store. We have since gone back twice for appliances and a kitchen faucet. Great place with very professional staff- will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!- Esmera f.

AMAZON STONEWe went to the showroom and they were very professional and showed us a lot of samples. They even gave a small piece of granite to make sure it matched our kitchen. The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. Our initial contact in the project was sales rep Jim McCulloch and he (like Ben) was extremely patient and answered our many, many questions about products and design ideas. Exovations also replaced our front door insert (door, two sidelights and a half-circle transom) with a new composite unit with rain glass. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out and would use Exovations again without a second thought.

They were very professional allowing us to peruse their very large selection of granite and marble slabs on their office property. One selected they made a template of the proposed tops and showed us at the template review the best location for cuts and trim-outs. On the day of installation, they showed at the appointed time and finished the work with-in 3 hours. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product.

I met with Mr. Boyd to review my desired plans for the bathroom. Mr. Boyd provided suggested to ensure we wouldn't have moisture issues in the future. He and his partner did a great job. When he ran into challenges (which happens with older homes) he would review options and provide an updated quote. He would show up on time. My family came over for the holidays and they ask for his contact information. He will definitely do other projects in our home.

My head board cracked. I took it to Williams for repair. They were recommended by a family member. They were familiar with the type of crack and how to repair. They explained the process, quoted me a price and provided a estimated timeframe for completion. They finished the repair early. Upon pick up they provided suggestions on how to setup the bed. The head board looks like it never was cracked. .Williams do excellent work at a fair price.
