American General Construction Of West Florida IncDonn Myers, the owner of American General Construction was hired to remodel a two horse stall barn. The project included re-siding with Hardie board, reconfiguring wall openings, replacing and adding windows, replacing and building new doors, replacing a garage door, replacing light fixtures and painting. Donn did a large percent of the work himself and hired subs where needed and appropriate. From the estimating and permitting stage through the construction and clean up stage Donn exceeded all of our expectations. Coastal Palms ElectricThey were very professional and did a great job. Luis recommended some recessed lighting to eliminate a strobe effect I was getting with my ceiling fan and nearby lights. Not part of original plan, but love it the most of multiple items I hired him to do. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I had electrical switches moved, additional switches installed, and recessed lighting installed which all entailed holes to be cut, so was very impressed how clean they left things.
