It's a family owned business. Mr. Olman (the owner) is pleasant, honest, and funny. Victoria, the receptionist is responsive, efficient and customer service oriented. The price was reasonable after a $18,000 quote from Keffe's.
My unit was going bad and they fixed it within the day. Some parts needed to be added and they came back at their next available opening.
I'm satisfied with my service and my new unit blows collar than my old one, and circulates better.

Elva was probably the most polite, understanding handyman I've ever dealt with. Im a single mom of 2 in college so when my AC went out, I had no idea how I would be able to have it fixed. He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school. Now my family is enjoying the 73 degree temperature as compared to the 93 degrees my house had heated up to. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again so much Mr.Chauvin!
