We got several quotes including ECM and Randall was a little higher but his personal guarantee was priceless. They installed two air conditioners in our home and we have a special needs child so Randall went above and beyond to make sure our system met his needs. He is an incredible person and very hands on which is rare in an owner. Randall and is crew were efficient and picked up after everything. We are beyond impressed and would recommend him to everyone!

Awesome company. We had an emergency and no AC with an ill dog. Other companies said they’d come in 4-days. Santiago said he’d be there in 2-hours; thankfully came in less time. He didn’t upsell or push more than needed. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The a/c tech arrived with 45 minutes of my call and had my air condition working in a very short time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The tech could have easily said the a/c unit should be replaced since it was an older (20 yrs) unit but the tech repaired it instead. We really appreciated his honesty. That is a true service man.

For me, hiring any service person to enter my home is always stressful because you never know if you are going to get ripped off. Hopefully this review will alleviate that stress for anyone that considers hiring Shoreline. Kevin came by a couple of weeks ago because my line was clogged and I was getting water damage through my ceiling. He cleared out the line and replaced the float that is supposed to automatically turn off the AC if the water pan is full. I had to call him back because I started getting water coming down again. He came back this morning, added a vent to the drain line because air was causing the problem. When he cut the line to add the vent he showed me a ton of calcium build up in the line. He added a gallon of stuff to remove the calcium and was here over an hour. He did not charge me a dime for the second visit. I even tried to tip him but he said no. That is a company that stands behind their work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The company replaced my a/c unit and cleaned my air ducts. From the technician who came by to give the quote for the job, to the technicians who cleaned the ducts, all were very punctual, arriving at the time they said they would. They were very professional, answered any questions I had about the work they were doing and the end result was a job very well done. I highly recommend this team of experts!!
