My husband is a spendthrift perfectionist and I’m more of a slap-dash penny-pincher and somehow he’s managed to make us both happy. Brian and his crew are always efficient, responsive and professional. I find working with contractors in the home frustrating, you are fitting into their schedule and trying to co-exist with 2-3 strangers in and out of your home. However, Brian and his crew are always there when they say, finish when expected, clean-up at the end of the day, and considerate of your home and your family’s schedule. And Brian is not just top coat Irish charm, underneath he’s a solid guy. He’s has talked me out of projects that he thought were unnecessary, although he’d lose out on the business. MetroWest Painting and Contracting IncEstimate came in a little higher than expected but then being US veteran they offered a generous 10% off. Preparation was excellent. Power washed sanded/scraped then a coat of a very cohesive primer followed by two coats of quality stain/paint. I’m retired and watched 95% of job from the safety of the ground and never saw any short cuts being taken. My home looks like new and my wife is thrilled. Professional and friendly office. We had our backyard fenced in by True Blue fence and it looks better than I could have ever imagined. We had a tricky backyard with plenty of slopes and ledge and they made the fence contour to the yard so well and minimized any gaps. I truly think that every penny that we spent on that fence immediately went back into the equity of our home. Our next door neighbors have been texting us telling us how nice it looks and overall we had a 10/10 experience. There was a slight delay from the fence material supplier, but that is out of True Blue's hands. Jim copied me on all emails to the material supplier so I could see the status of the material and as soon as the material arrived, True Blue was installing the very next day. Sadly fencing is a one and done type job but if I could hire these guys again, I surely would! I've already sent their contact info over to some other friends of mine. You won't be disappointed!

AWFUL. Arrived 1015 Friday after Thanksgiving and were gone by 11am. I contracted their premium package, $770. This included pics and video of entire job and water washing to show cleared downspouts. I have trees and this is a problem. The skipped half our house and only did the easy part, front and driveway. They never came to assess the job although it states on the website they will, they didn't. I asked they come to access but instead they googled me. After the job was done in 45 minutes I waited and waited for the pics and video I paid a small fortune to have. They eventually sent me two pics of the cleaned front gutter , the other pics I received were of someone else's property! I have a video, less than 10 seconds that shows a worker crouching at the edge of my roof. He was PRETENDING to be doing the downspout water wash, but there was no water in the red bucket. They could have done the right thing and done their job but instead cut corners and preferred to FAKE/PRETEND they did the work of cleaning the gutters and water washing my downspouts. I have no videos or pics to show me they did anything but the front and one side. I posted something this morning on their website that showed others with a similar complaints of lack of professionalism, claiming the workers don't speak English so they didn't understand the job? Also on their website they say they will come back within 65 days to make any problem, right. They never even called me back. CRIMINALS. On their website show 5 star reviews but this morning they were all 1 Star. Not with this company, no way. I filed a report with the BBB, AG's office, Google, Yelp, Here and will take them to court. It isn't the money as much as you stealing from me. Don't tell me you are going to do something then don't. Never pretend or send me someone else's gutters.

Excellent! They offered the lowest prices of all the vendors I called. Ivan scheduled the work on the same day I made the request- quick and easy. They were able to accommodate a different time for the work last minute. The workers were on time, sociable, and very professional. They went the extra mile and drilled drain holes in the windows and then closed them up with silicone. I am thoroughly happy with the quality of work! I only wish they had a sign on their truck so my neighbors would know who they are. :-) I'll use them again.
