The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.I recently had some work done by Beantown home improvement. I had a roof/siding/gutters/windows replaced. From the very beginning of the process they were outstanding. Very responsive when I initially called to get a price. During the estimate process Jim went to great lengths to explain the process, timing, and materials that were to be used. Timing was an issue due to covid. Manufacturers were shut down for a period of time which obviously delayed jobs that had been scheduled. This was explained to me upfront to there would be no misunderstandings as to the scheduled start date. Communication was very thorough throughout the entire process, if you have questions Jim will get back to you with answers (sometimes within minutes!). The job lasted longer than expected due to weather and shortness of days but they got the job done before the winter. I could not be happier with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute before calling them for future projects.- ed g.

E B Window And Siding CoWe just wrapped up a big project with EB Window & Siding - replaced all vinyl siding, shutters, gutters, and trim on our exterior, replaced a few windows, and removed an old balcony and door. Overall, the experience was really terrific. Colin came out a couple of different times to discuss options, timelines, etc. The majority of the work was completed by a crew of 3-4 each day, led by Oscar. It was immediately clear to us that the entire crew took great pride in their work. Oscar was thoughtful about some of the tricker parts of the house and how best to accent different areas with the materials we had selected. Everyone was incredibly courteous, clean, respectful of the property. They never wanted to bother us, but anytime we asked for updates, they’d walk us around the house and describe what was being done. Everything wrapped up on time, despite holidays and inclement weather. In the days that followed, Colin coordinated a few additional people to help out with miscellaneous punch list items, and everything was wrapped up in a timely manner. We interacted with a lot of different people from EB Window & Siding throughout the process, and everyone was top-notch in terms of craftsmanship and customer service. Innovative Contracting Services IncIt went extremely well. The work didn't start on time but because our end got screwed up by lockdown stuff. They were understanding and worked with us. Once the work started it went fast. The whole team from the guys pulling boards off the house to the people in the office were friendly and communicative. We didn't have a lot of mid-project changes or challenges, but what we did was worked through and everything came out to our satisfaction. The house has received many compliments. The clean up was impeccable, it went really well, they did a really good job, there was no nails scattered around the ground, the work was very neat and clean.
