Fantastic! We have a Sears Home Warranty. After three service calls through Sears to fix our upstairs A/C (and several cancelled and no-show appointments) we hired Clover who came out the next day and repaired the A/C. I hired Brennan's to fix my air conditioner, which simply needed more freon. They came out and stuck a screw driver in my air conditioner and blew the circuit. It caused my lights and microwave to go out. My lights and microwave haven’t been the same since and I was forced to buy a brand new air conditioner. They really did a job on my home. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I contacted the office manager and she denied that their company was responsible for any of the damage.

I received a recommendation for the A/C Doctor's service through the Greenbelter's Community E-mail Listserv. I called and left a message and Rick called me back that same evening. We made an appointment to meet at my house at noontime today (5/30/2013). Let's just say he arrived at exactly noon. He was very polite and knowledgable about window a/c units. We live in a historic Greenbelt home (built in 1937) so it wasn't built for central air. Rick was upfront about his prices and promptly proceeded to clean the window a/c unit. He explained each step and was very careful to clean up any messes. When finished the a/c unit looked nearly new and was blowing much cooler air. I was very satisfied with this service and recommend that anyone with a window a/c unit call Rick to have him clean it.
