    D**** Sporting Goods was good within the sale of the goal; however, the company they use to install, Go Configure, has been an absolute nightmare. We noticed after the last snow that the goal appeared to be leaning in, towards the drive-way. We called to have someone come out and remedy the problem. It's very apparent that the goal is in tack and the cause is coming from the concrete pad. We can push on the goal and watch the whole unit move from the ground up. Go Configure took about 2 weeks to come out and then charged us $99.00 to take photos. A couple of days later we got a call from a Go Configure representative explaining that it appears to be damaged due to someone hanging from the goal. ??????? We have young kids and there's no way they can even reach the goal. If they did their weight isn't enough to pull a goal from the ground. I later talked to a "supervisor" and was told that since we were out of our 6 months warranty that they would have to charge us $825.00 to jack hammer the concrete pad and reinstall. No one can tell me if the warranty covers bad installation and no one was willing to even set an appointment to fix the problem. I explained that once the pad was up, and if it appears to be damaged due to ground shifting that we'd pay for the reinstallation. No one will call me back. I suspect they know it's a bad install and wants us to just go away. We now have the goal tethered to the ground, praying it doesn't fall on anyone (or a car) and I'm trying to find someone to fix our problem. In the meantime I'm disputing the $99.00 they charged to come out and take pictures. For goodness sakes, I could have emailed them photos for less than that. Once we find a company to dig it up and pour another pad, and if we find out it is due to a bad install, we'll be in court with Go Configure requesting our initial install amount to be refunded along with the new install amount. This has been ridiculous
