    On Friday, 2/26/21, I realized my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working -- and my freezer had defrosted. I was stressed as I was leaving town on Monday, 3/1. Appliance911 was so cooperative and they were able to have someone come out on 2/27! I was amazed that they were able to respond so quickly. Justin was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. He anticipated the problem and picked up the part before he arrived. Not only was he courteous and helpful, but he was aware that this LG model was under a class action suit and offered to provide me with information -- truly above and beyond. I am so appreciative of Appliance911 for such prompt response and to Justin for his ability to get my appliance diagnosed and working that morning.     Called to get new railings installed for new concrete steps. Greg came out. We gave him an idea of what we wanted. He took measurments and said he would get us a bid. I called 2 weeks later asking about where things were. I was told he was out that day and would be told we called. It's now been several weeks since I called. Never heard a peep. I understand things happen and I hope nothing bad did to keep him from doing the job or contacting us. But to not hear anything from him or the company?
