Quick efficient install. Instead of a 4 to 6 hour window they told me that they would be there at 8 and they were right on time. Installed softener and reverse osmosis system in 2 hours. They left no mess and everything was working.

Let me begin by saying I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Aquaco, LLC. After sitting down with several water softening companies my husband and I, we are retired military, decided to go with Aquaco, LLC. We dealt directly with the companyâ s owner Glenn, who was very knowledgeable and informative. Glenn is such a pleasure, he has a great sense of humor, which we could all use coming out of the year we all just had. He answered all our questions and the cost/warranty of the units cannot be beat, so the only thing left was to schedule. Fast and efficient service, and once the units are installed they begin to make a world of difference in your life, everything changes. The installation went quickly and neatly. The installers ( Fidel and Jorge) were friendly, professional and they go over everything with you. The Water Softener has honestly made our shower feel like a spa. My itchy, dry skin is a thing of the past, my skin feels healthier and more vibrant. The Filtration System has remarkably improved our drinking water and the clear ice cubes are great, no more bottled water. We now have peace of mind about our homes pipes and plumbing. Thereâ s the obvious advantages like making housework easier, sparkling shower doors, sparkling dishes, cleaner clothes and all in all saving us money in the long run. We highly recommend Aquaco LLC. We had very specific requirements for our water system. We didnt want a salt water conditioner for environmental reasons but I was sick of all the calcium buildup in my new dishwasher, on my new glass shower doors, and on my new bathroom fixtures, not to mention the pipes. Glenn worked closely with us to work out a solution. Now we have great tasting water that doesnt leave spots. The installers were great and went over how the devices worked. His guarantee cant be beat. I highly recommend Aquaco.

I have lived in eight U.S. states and visited half a dozen countries on three continents and nowhere I have lived has harder, worse-tasting, water than the Phoenix Metro area. If you are as sick and tired of scrubbing the calcium buildup from your fixtures, faucets, and appliances as I was- I cannot recommend Aquaco enough. I was fortunate enough to link up with Glenn Gioloto to talk over what options I could afford that would make sense for my family and budget. Glenn knows his craft and patiently fielded question after question with expertise and good humor. For the build quality, warranty, supplies, and maintenance included in the price I honestly thought for a minute that it was too good to be true. Despite my skepticism, the install technicians showed up on time with all their gear ready to go and knocked it out of the park. To get an entire home-purification system AND my kitchen sink reverse-osmosis system AND my fridge hooked up, these guys were in and out in under two hours! Even still, the workmanship was top-notch and they both took the time to explain how the systems work and answered all of my questions with ease and professionalism. Bottom line: If you are serious about protecting your home, appliances, and health, this is the best bang for your buck, hands down. Huge kudos to Glenn and the Aquaco team, I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle within a week.

I had little to no knowledge about water treatment systems and Glenn took the time to explain everything and assured me what my family and I were receiving was top of the line. In the world of water softeners you can easily get lost in all the different types, brands, styles etc. Glenn made it easy for us and we are very happy with the quality and service. Work was begun & completed within the ageed upon time frame. Installers were knowledgeable about the installation & reviewed how the installation would occur and were friendly. Installers explained what occured and answered all questions before leaving. Installers were efficient & cleaned up the areas affected by the installation. Did like that copper piping was used versus hoses in key installation areas. Worked was completed within 3 days after we agreed upon using Aquaco LLC. Upon completion, Glenn (owner) contacted us for immediate feedback and ensure that we had received all necessay paperwork for future reference. Glenn was also thorough during the initial presentation by taking the time to understand what out needs and concerns were.

The installation was done professionally. They cleaned up and hauled away the old hot water and soft water systems. Very pleased.
