He wrote up the estimate and gave date ranges when both the power washing and painting would be completed. Both were completed within the designated time frames. Everyone was friendly, professional and trustworthy. The job was done very well. We had some areas that were in pretty bad shape, and they fixed everything up and made the house look great! Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati/NKY
We used Mr. Handyman to repaint shutters on our house, including some second story shutters. We had selected and provided the paint. I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Mr. Handyman will quote over the phone, which was convenient for me. I probably could have done better on price, but the convenience made up for it. They showed up on time, and finished within their estimated time window, and other than newly painted shutters, you'd never know they were there.

DEMERITT PAINTING
Started off well, the owner seemed to want to do the best job possible, but then everyday he came either he added to the original price or tried to sell us more painting to be done before he even started the original plan. During the first three weeks hardly anything was accomplished, he went out of town for a few days and his wonderful painters finished the job in 3 days. All he does when he is around is talk and take breaks, but when he himself paints, it has to be repaired. I am so glad he is gone!

Business Description: NEZ Maintenance is a sole proprietorship with 1-3 employees, NO SUBS!!! Fully insured. - I provide general contracting services as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing services that do not require a permit or license. I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in maintenance and construction services. NEZ Maintenance is currently vetted by several national facilities maintenance service providers to provide services in retail environments as well as other commercial facilities. I have never had a complaint leveled against me by a customer and am a preferred vendor. I take pride in our work and gauge our success by "customer satisfaction" both with the quality of the work done and the value we give to the customer. Cost is determined by the job required. I have been in the maintenance business long enough to to be able to give you an estimate of the cost. For service calls: No travel charge within 20 miles. Travel charge of $25 outside of 20 miles. For quotes: No charge for quotes. Cost for time incurred will be added to the quote. My normal rates are 35$/hour plus $20 hour for additional workers. Weekend and after hour charges will be time and a half. Emergency calls will be charged double time. Payment terms: Service calls (General Handyman Services completed same day): Payable in full at the completion of the work agreed to.
