    Excellent. After 1st call, I was a told approximate date work would be done. The schedule was okay because the only issue was a cosmetic one because at that point the only issue was the large section of gutter hanging away from the roof. 2 or 3 weeks later, I called back to report water was now coming into my basement, so repairman came the following morning. Within a couple of hours he had re-secured and repaired the gutters, including repositioning gutter screens and removing all debris. He also informally walked me through an evaluation of my roof and gutters, and projected when I might consider replacement. (And, no, he did not say they needed to be replaced now. He also showed me how to detect changes that would indicate the shingles were beginning to need replacement.

They installed trim and casing in my whole house and installed a completely new stair railing and balusters. It was a custom job and they were very particular in the details. At the end of the job they cleaned up which a really appreciated. We didn't buy enough trim so they went out of their way and picked up the trim for us since we don't have a truck.     After interviewing three contractors, it was clear to me that Mr. Stein and his construction company was the perfect fit to build a screen porch in my back yard. Van listened to my ideas, and his design was exactly the picture I had in mind. Throughout the course of the construction, Van was very professional.     This company along with Citrus contracting is an insurance scam. They submit quote to your insurance company, then send an additional 10K "supplement" once the job is done, this way if the insurance company doesn't approve the homeowner must pay the difference. Once the supplement is paid , Total Home Roofing will not release the remainder of the money to the home owner for the existing repairs not done, they keep the remainder of the insurance money. I paid the invoices due submitted by Total Home Roofing and was told I would be issued a refund for the remainder of the insurance check to complete work not completed by Total Home Roofing. I was told in order to get ALL of the money back I needed a letter provided by my insurance carrier. Once that letter was submitted to them, Total Home Roofing still kept $3000.00 of my insurance claim money. Submitting this letter had nothing to do with refunding my money- they didn't realize the refund check was already cut and mailed- so this extra hoop I had to jump through was just another road block to keep your money. This company is out to screw you and your insurance carrier out of whatever money they see fit at the time, don't believe me, check out their BBB reviews
