David MorenoMy experience with David Moreno is beyond incredible. I received my apartment back from a nightmare tenant and was absolutely devastated. EVERYTHING was damaged and looked awful (this person was an absolute slob) I had 4 companies come out and give me quotes for the vast undertaking. In addition to major drywall repair (the tenant had applied caulking to the textured walls to "repair" her damage"), the entire apartment needed to be repainted (baseboards, walls, crown molding and ceiling), light fixtures needed to be replaced, a new bathroom vanity had to be assembled (with about a trillion pieces) and installed with adjusted plumbing, closet doors needed to be replaced, shelving, outlets, doors (repainted), new handles. You name it. The whole enchilada! David handled it beautifully and was up for whatever challenge I sent his was (still not sure how he made those doors fit, lol!) He is an amazing communicator, shows up on time (what??!!) and stays until the job is done. His prices are extremely fair. You can trust David implicitly. My apartment looks perfect and he finished when he said he would. I look forward to using David again at my home and referring him to my friends and family.- Andrea D.

Motti Painting Solutions recently completed a superb exterior painting job for us. First, they power washed the house, sanded, scrapped and caulked wherever needed. They painted our newly built porch, several sections of the house siding, all the detailed trim work, gutters and downspouts. They applied one full coat of primer and two coats of exterior paint. The crew replaced some complicated rotted trim. The job they did was outstanding! The workers were meticulous, professional, polite, quiet and dependable. They worked diligently every day for 11 hours. They cleaned up all debris, materials, and equipment daily. Motti’s prices were very fair and very reasonable for such high-quality workmanship which came with a 3 year warranty. We highly recommend Motti Painting Solutions for all your painting needs. I want to share with you all my experience with total home roofing. I feel the need to do this because I have recommended them several times on this site and others. Now I feel honor bound to scream buyer beware after the sale you are dropped like a hot potato! I hired them for a metal roof installation and signed with them in August knowing it would be several weeks till they started. They started thanksgiving week and did not finish until December 21st. There were delays in materials, no workers available and that was a long month for them to put on my roof still, I remained patient. When the broke off a sprinkler I noted it with them nothing was done so I fixed it. When they broke both my screen doors because they didn’t know how to use the metal slides, I let them know nothing done so again I fixed it. When a worker fell off the roof I was extremely upset calling the Forman it had me crying my eyes out. When the job was done and the metal tabs they left to divert water was dumping water at the face of anyone coming to my front door, I sent Eli a video with no response so again I had to fix it! When payment was due and believe me it was not cheap they tried to charge me for extra plywood that was not used it just sat in my yard getting soaked. Luckily I had taken pictures of it and they adjusted the bill but VERY SHADY ! Now the back of the house was flooding over into my patio sitting area so I figured the gutters were full (trash wrappers, screws, cardboard rolls all living in my gutters not cleaned up after they left, I got on the ladder (at my age and poor health not good )and there is only an inch to try to get my fingers in to clean it! The back gutter now rendered useless. I have been calling since March 2nd and again NO RESPONSE . Buyer beware I now have zero trust that this company will honor any warranty!
