Business Description: The principles are Tom Zeschke and Bret Robbins. Bret Robbins has been in the remodeling industry since the late 90’s and has specialized in turnkey property flipping from every angle. He decided to move on from being a “jack of all trades” to be “Master of one” and started working with windows in the early 2000’s and met up with Mr Tom Zeschke and decided to work for him in the retrofit / new construction window market. Tom Zeschke has been involved in the window industry here in South Florida since his High school days in the early 90’s. He is a former owner of TZ Window Inc that was located in Deerfield Beach and serviced the builders involved in the building boom in the 90’s and early 2000’s. He sold that company in 2002 and worked with a few different companies establishing window divisions for constructions companies specializing in new construction, until the opportunity presented itself to work with Bret and formulating a company with a unique talent for the residential retro-fit market here in South Florida. Recent Review: It went GREAT!!!! Adam was very professional and responsive to everything we asked for. He is very patient and easy to work with. His crew was timely, courteous and professional. They kept things as orderly and clean as possible for a 2 bathroom remodeling in an 85 year old house. We asked for several other things to be done along the way and Adam accommodated them all. Adam was very helpful in assisting us in the selection of tiles and vanities, fixtures, etc.

Recent Review: Wow, fantastic, so happy with the finished project, absolutely LOVE it. We used Villa Construction for a complete remodel of our beach condo. We chose John because he has own employees. John is dedicated in providing quality work and was most helpful in designing and recommending products that resulted in a most satisfied finished product. Yes, as in all projects and expected there were some glitches, but John was always there to work through any problems and follow-up on any issue that needed attention. John is a man of his word....something that is very hard to find nowadays. John takes great pride in his workmanship and business which certainly is demonstrated in the finished product he gives his clients.

Recent Review: I rarely take the time to review but I thought it would be helpful to share the great work experience we had with Living Earth Remodelers: I contacted Living Earth Remodelers Inc to help us complete a remodeling project. Due to the negligence of our previous contractor, Living Earth Remodelers had to remove and install properly almost all which has been done. They handle everything from the hurricane windows, flooring, AC, garage conversion, plumbing, electrical. They prepared all the permits and followed up. They took care of all the inspections, the challenging requirements of the city and all the legal requirements. The project had to be modified several times and despite the codes and technical difficulties, Living Earth Remodelers kept their word which is extremely valuable in the construction business.
