Matrix Home SolutionsMatrix has been great from the start! They come to your house and go over all of your options and answer all of your questions and even offer suggestions that we didn’t think of. Once they start they keep you up to date with the builder trend app which is great! It shows the schedule/timeline of the project with pictures. Anytime I had any questions they answered in a timely manner. We were a little nervous to have this done during Covid but all of the workers wore masks and we’re very respectful with their distance. When possible they bypassed the front door and went through the emergency window to the basement. We couldn’t be happier with their work. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them!- Brian H.

It was an effortless experience for us. Tom took care of everything. He told us at the beginning of the week what time and day to expect each of the contractors. Tom was there each day to make sure each contractor understood what we wanted and to answer any questions we had. Everyone was very nice and showed up right on time and cleaned up before they left.
