A+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRGreat! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. They were careful of brickwork, landscaping and cleaned up after themselves, Overall, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to many nice days on the porch this summer.- Sandra D.

They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. J Francis Company LLCJ. Francis did a mudroom addition and deck for us, and the quality of the work and materials was great. The crew was professional and polite, and adapted easily and quickly to some unanticipated issues discovered and some requested adjustments from us. They also had strong safety measures in place so that the project could be done amidst the Covid pandemic. The project management team was also very communicative, so we knew what had been completed, when issues arose, and what was planned to be done in the coming week. While the overall project cost ended up higher than expected, due in part to additional work we requested along the way, the work quality and the materials are top of the line so are worth the added cost.- SUSAN H.

Taylor's Concrete Construction, Inc.Very well. My existing driveway was protected. They excavated and removed old sod and topsoil, put in gravel and tamped well. The curb was installed first and rebar was tied into main slab. Main slab was poured at over 6", jointed and all was meticulously finished. Sealer was applied, and cleanup was completed. Frank will be back this summer to reseal the job. The new work is beautiful and I would recommend, cause these guys are professionals. They don't mess around.- John N.

Drum Excavation & DemoShawn, Angie, and Mike did an excellent job on our steps in both front and back yards. They said they would arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, and they arrived on time, working throughout the day for three days until 4:00-5:00 PM. Not only did they do a thorough and professional job, but they also cleaned up the area too. I would highly recommend them, and we plan on using them for our retaining wall in the fall. Harry educated me on the process and his skilled team installed an interior french drain in my basement and reinforced my basement walls with carbon fiber straps. I now feel confident that I can finish it. Harry's team went above and beyond with the clean up and also took it upon themselves to repair some other masonry damage around my front steps at no charge. Design was good. Implementation of design was poor, follow-up was non-existant, and professionalism was terrible. The exposed aggregate and decorative stamped concrete was not properly sealed. The sidewalk in The backyard was 1 foot above the grade and the steps were put in sloppily and I'm not sure how long they will last. Pete was supposed to reseal the job and never did, even though he promised many times to come out and reseal it. I was willing to work with him and pay extra to have the raised sidewalk fixed. Still nothing and it's been a!most 2 years.
