J and K agreed upon a price for removal of several items for $200, however, they did not take everything and they never came back to complete the job, though I paid them in full. I have called several times requesting the job be complete and the answer is always let me get back to you. I guess my next step is the file suit in small claims court, and to enter a comment through the Maryland licensing bureau.

As soon as they arrived, they went to work immediately. They cleaned the areas free of grass clippings and trimmed everything neatly.

As soon as they got out of the truck, they got to work. They were fast and efficient and my yard has never looked so good. I scheduled repeat/biweekly service after their first visit. Canâ t wait to have this professional team take care of my yard regularly.

The rate that they gave for the job was excellent, the only problem was they did not show up for the appointment. Then when I called, they said they were going to see where the person was and call me back but that never happened. Then when I called them back they asked if they could come the next day but I had things to do. Bottom line waste of time and energy and completely unprofessional.

My initial contact was with a guy named Dante. He was very warm and down to earth and made me want to patronize his business. He was flexible and was able to get me scheduled immediately. We negotiated the price upfront and everything was set in stone. His technician arrived on time and we were off to a good start. And then his technician opened his mouth! He haggled me on the price, limited the scope of the work that was done, did a half way job, said it was the best he could do, and complained the whole time.
