"The tech arrived when expected, checked the thermostat first then went to the furnace. Determined it was the main board and he had one in his truck. He installed it and I had cooling. He was courteous and very professional. I was not happy about the price of the board but it was necessary.
I was very happy with the service and will definately contact ThermaTek again when I need my furnace or air conditioner repaired."

"Mr. Giménez was very responsive and prompt, priced very very well and honest. Came on time and efficient. I needed some duct work done in a real estate sale, which was then inspected by a home inspector. I wouldn t know what I was looking at but the home inspector said the duct work Mr. Giménez did was good and no issues. He came out today for to look at another vent issue that a mold inspector pointed out, in which if the mold inspector had he done a thorough inspection would have found that there wasn t any existing vent that was venting into the attic, it was just a piece of duct work left behind. Mr. Giménez also straighten up some insulation that fell down. He did a thorough inspection of the attic ventilation and said there s nothing that needed to be done. We appreciate the honesty. We hope to find more honest contract like this moving forward. "
