Contractor was extremely difficult and non-communicating for several months. Homescapes has declared bankruptcy for Chapter 7 protection. Recommend you stay a healthy distance from this company.

Owning an income property in another city can somewhat be challenging. I recently needed some work done on a porch. Homescapes was an excellent experience for me. Chuck kept me appraise on every day of our project. Since I live 90 miles away, COmmunications and Quality of Service was something I needed, and Got. Thanks so much.

The deck was beautiful. He did an outstanding job. I could only give a "good" rating on budget because there were some problems that were not his fault, so we had to pay a bit more and he advised us about the extra cost so we could approve it. Now that it is to be finished today I can say it is worth every penney we spent. My wife and I agree it looks better than we ever imagined. I would recommend his company to anyone and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Mr. Hoffkins was the only designer that contacted me. I was very impressed with him and hired him. He is in the process of preparing a design. Installation will begin in the spring and run over a 2-3 year period.
