A Legal entity acquires status
“Authorized (limited)” as
new account is activated
Following actions will be available:
- Payment and Activation of Tariffs for Tenders
- Participation for Tenders without requirement
  of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
User needs to send to the Operator package of documents signed by electronic signature
to have an access for tenders without restrictions
Legal Entity
- Copies of documents confirming the registration
  of the legal entity on the territory
  of a foreign state in accordance with the laws
  of the State of registration.
- Copies of documents confirming the powers
  of the head of the legal entity person and
  the right to carry out actions on ETP GBP (Power
  of Attorney Template)
Sole Trader
- Copies of documents confirming
  the registration of (sole trader (individual
  entrepreneur in a foreign state in accordance
  with the laws of the State of registration
  (certificate of registration of a sole trader
  (individual entrepreneur)
- A copy of an identity document that contains
  the identity of the sole trade (individual
  entrepreneur)
All documents issued in foreign countries
should be legalized (apostille contain),
and contain duly notarized translation into
Russian.
The E-tender platform should consider the provide documents package not more than
3 working days.
After confirmation of successful
registration received by e-mail, the supplier
(bidder) acquires a status of "Authorized"
to work on ETP.
ETP accepts qualified DSC issued by trusted
Verification Centers (VC) that contains
an attribute of the possibility of using this
certificate for ETP - OID 1.2.643.6.17.1.

LLC ETP GBP successfully engaged in carrying out procurement procedures on the 223-Federal Law and commercial trading. LLC ETP GBP is one of the three largest operators of e-tenders in Russia. We are also the only one operator of the electronic trading system with fully adapted system that allows to participate of foreign suppliers for Tenders of Russian Customers.
One of our business activity is to carry out training activities for government and commercial procurement (tenders). Our company provides all the opportunities to develop training programs and conducting training webinars and seminars.
Additional terms of service
1. The exact date and time of the training webinar
  to be determined by agreement
2. At the end of each event artist conducts the survey participants
  for providing feedback
3. The duration of each event is approved by the agreed program
  of the webinar
4. The Contractor shall provide training in conducting intensive
  interaction mode, the coach and the participants, the training
  program will provide an overview of the theory and practice
  in a given category
5. Each student receives training materials
The procedure for participation in Tenders is different, depending on the type of Bid
Auction for a Fall / Reducing Auction
consists of 2 stages: the package submission of documents and quotations. In the case if the filed documents do not meet the requirements the application to be rejected by a Customer. Submission of quotations will be done repeatedly in accordance with the steps and the time set by the Customer. The contract to be signed with the supplier that offers the lowest price.
Request For Quotations
is considered as a Supply Price offer to be made only once. The contract to be signed with a supplier that offers the best terms of performance and price.
Query (price) quotation
is considered as a Supply Price offer is made only once. The contract to be signed with a supplier that offers the lowest price of the contract.
Competition
- the criteria and procedure for proposals evaluating to be set be the Customer in the Tender Notice. The contract to be signed with a supplier that offers the lowest price of the contract.
