Comment: Replace existing fence (one side of house) with standard stained 6 ft Western Red Cedar (clear) fence with top trim and custom made 6-7 ft wide single WRC and metal swing gate w/lock across driveway (total linear length = ~85 ft) . Driveway has a 3" grade, will need strong post support. Heavy gauge galvanized steel l posts wrapped w/Cedar (sink 36" deep). Rails - 2 x 4 rough cut cedar. May need cross bracing. Need kick board - 2 x 6 pressure treated board on bottom to protect pickets. Gate Design/bottom- western red cedar; Top section – ornamental iron w/ curved wood top. I have design On other side of house, clad existing fence (~ 110 linear ft) w/WRC (clear) and replace existing gate with standard WRC single swing gate (3-4 ft wide) and lock.
