Very professional. Installers were excellent and cleaned up after they finished. The reason for the 4.5 stars is that I have only had the unit for4.5 days , too early for a considered evaluation . Weather is too nice to need heat or a/c. Maurice is a confident and considerate representative. Very knowledgeable.
