Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them attending the clinic. Please ring the clinic (9367 1122) or the Locum service after hours (13 74 25) 

Prescription and referral requests can be made via a face-to-face or via a telehealth appointment.  In special circumstances a doctor may write a prescription without a consultation, please enquire about any out of pocket expenses.

Results can be given in a face-to-face appointment or via a telehealth appointment.   

Patients will need to sign a release form which gives us permission to request your history from another clinic or hospital.

Your history can only be released with your written consent.  You will need to fill in the appropriate forms at the clinic that request your information.  We do not release medical histories without the signed consent of the patient or parent/guardian. A fee may be incurred.

Our nursing staff are very busy and appointments will need to be made to see them.

Our computer software enables us to send all claims to Medicare electronically.  We strongly recommend that you register your banking details with Medicare which enables them to send your rebate directly to your account within just a few days.
