"I hired Franco to help me assess moving my Gas and Water Meter as city of Palo Alto said there is a potential hazard. What the City of PA wanted is to create a hole in the outer wall and ask a plumber to extend the pipe to outside so that they (City) can move the Gas and Water meter unit to outside (to be safe with Gas Leakage) and build 3 poles around it so cars in the driveway do not hit it. It would have made the whole house look ugly with this idea. Franco came, assessed the situation and within minutes made suggestions that would obviate the need to move the meter outside. I did exactly as Franco said and it passed the inspection without much cost and an ugly looking structure hanging outside near the driveway. Frnaco is bright, smart, selfless and sincere. He did not care about his cost but wanted to make sure we are taken care off. This is a very high value thoughtfulness to a customer"

"My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy.
