Pros: Lots of personalisation. Very Innovative, not seen much else like it. Lots of different elements to the platform.
Cons: As there are so many complexities, there can be a lot to learn.
Overall: Super positive review, it is very easy to use, easy to set up, the CSMs are wonderful and always on hand to help whenever you need them.

Pros: Great design that makes it ease to use, features, UI/UX, time off, organization, surveys, & reviews cycles are great.
Cons: We currently aren't using the jobs area or the goals as these features aren't as flushed out as we need. But I think they are working on them as they recently responded to my feature requests (which is great!)
Overall: This is a product that understands the importance of design and UI/UX. The ease of use and friendly interactive features means that my team actually uses it. They want to spend time in the platform. And the more people spend time in an HR platform, the more useful that platform is to everyone. There is better data to draw from (via surveys and reviews) and more friendly interaction between our people (shout outs, club view) all because of Bob.

Pros: - Easy to set up
- Update and changes is easy and seamless
- Able to manage our employees across multiple time zones on one platform
- Seamless integration with our ATS and Reference checking systems
- High employee engagement through the look and ease of use with a home page similar to social mediaCons: I haven't came across anything that the bob cant accommodate or deliver.
Overall: Bob is a full rounded HRIS with the look and feel of a social media page for the front end user, whilst being able to deliver sophisticated functionality and data for the HR and Management team.

Pros: Everything is in one place, and its environment is user-friendly and from there you can keep track of the whole team/company, and complete almost all HR procedures.
Cons: Some reports/exports on custom-made data sections are not available, although it is necessary to have. in this case we have to use other programs to manage these data.
Overall: Very very good and easy to learn and use. Support team is really helpful and responsive. It's a tool that I use daily and I find it very handy.

Pros: The fact that it is helping me with so much tasks that can be automated, that's great! Also the Talent module is A-MAZING, really supporting our organization to focus on the growth of our employees and the overall engagement.
Cons: That a lot of small details, preferences, or specific requests are not yet possible: for example a certain type of visualization of our org chart, or the fact that in a survey you can't put any "enters" in the intro text, or that you can't invite employees for 1-on-1 if you are not their direct manager, and so on. I know that it is with the development team to create, however not sure what the time line is and for me it downgrades the user experience and the overall level of professionalism of the tool.
And not sure if there is, but it would be realllyyyy convenient if there's someone of the support center that speaks Dutch! Sometimes it is hard to explain a certain specific request in another language.Overall: Happy with the tool, however there need to be some more optimization and personalization possible before we can roll out the platform on larger scale.

Pros: - A lot of good features which include the admin side of things like documents, and the business strategy side of things like performance management, policies, 1-1s, org chart, compensation, etc.
- Always being revisited and improved by the company
- Availability of the support team - fast answers
- Easy to use
- Very scalable - we have offices in 4 locations and it caters to all the specificities that this involvesCons: - Support team: not always helpful, don't know the context of the company, sometimes provide copy-paste answers from the help desk and don't consider the specifics.
Overall: I recommend it. My experience has been great and enjoyable and I know that there are still a bunch of things I can improve and use to improve things at work.

Pros: The user interface is super friendly, you can very easily navigate around the system without the need for training. It is one of the systems that you just like using, unlike others sometimes dated or hard to navigate platforms.
The Support Team is very responsive and I never had to wait longer than a few hours (sometimes minutes) for my query to be answered and it was never anything urgent.
People really like using it as it integrates nicely with the existing tools that we are using and the shoutouts are great for motivation.
There is so much more to Bob than the extend I am using the system to and I am looking forward to exploring more!
Everyone is very supportive and I had a great experience from Sales to ongoing CS management, where the team listens to our needs and acts on what we need to make sure we are utilising the system in the way that suits us best. Thanks Harry & the team.Cons: There are some limitations to how 'Tasks' can be scheduled and this means that you might have to find some work-arounds for this.
I wish there was an option to speak to someone in support over the phone rather than just via chat/email but for anything major you can reach out to CS.Overall: It is a great platform, easy to use, maintain and implement. Everything is well-connected and intuitive. The support team are very helpful too!

Pros: I like the automation that it provides with tasks and flows for processes such as onboarding, offboarding and probation. The time off functionality is great and easy to use, along with the self-service interface and interactive org chart.
Cons: The benefits module could be improved as it's currently lacking in what it can do (no links to outside benefits etc.) and the interface doesn't match the rest of the platform.
Overall: Overall it's a great platform that's landed really well in our business. Super easy to use and has great functionality to support the HR department.

Pros: Great user experience - either on the back end or as a regular employee. Visually engaging and intuitive.
I'm able to run a huge number of reports to analyse our people data in a way that I have never been able to before.Cons: There is *almost* too much to get your head around in terms of capabilities of the platform!
It is on the higher end cost-wise of the HRIS platforms I tried out when searching for our next partner.Overall: I really enjoy partnering with Hibob and since implementation it has made a huge difference to the insight and efficiencies of my team. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The sky's the limit with what you can do with bob, as it's a very open and customizable system.
My fav features:
Dynamic Org chart (link accessible to external viewers)
Onboarding and offboarding, along with other processes are now a breeze with automated flows and task lists.
You can brand your bob pages with company colors and logos, which always makes a nice first impression for new employees.
You can also make custom reports as well as custom fields on the employee profile.
Hibob customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable!Cons: Shoutout feature limited in who you can shoutout to. For example, you cannot use 'is manager' which is a feature you can use in other parts of their system.
Homepage infographics are hardcoded so we chose to turn them off rather than view 'inaccurate data'
1 on 1's- cannot schedule recurring 1 on 1's at this time.Overall: My overall experience has been great! It's one of the best systems I've worked it. It's highly flexible and therefore it's easy to adjust it to your company's specific needs.

Pros: Super user friendly.
Love how you can personalise it to your company (background and colours).
Easy to use guides.
Everything you need in one place.
Integrated with lots of companies (our pension and payroll!)Cons: You don't have a direct account manager for any questions you have about the system. You need to use the chat box which isn't the most helpful when you need an answer fairly quickly.
Overall: I would 100% recommend HiBob to any colleagues and businesses in the future. I find it super easy to use, and not clunky plus my employees also said they love it! All in all, it's great!

Pros: I really like HiBob based on how user-friendly it is. It's a very easy platform to navigate on, which has been a tremendous advantage for my company.
Cons: I would say that HiBob is missing having more templates when it comes to surveys, reviews, 1 to 1's etc. I would like to have more templates to choose between.
I also miss some functions on the analytic part of an organisation survey.Overall: Overall, we are very happy with HiBob. It's a very easy tool that offers us exactly what we need and want from an HR system. Also, their support is AMAZING, I can have the smallest question but they are always so fast and so helpful. Kudos to you!

Pros: Flows: things are automatically triggered with anchored dates and halves the running around.
Community: Brings everyone together on one platform
Dashboard: Gives you a snapshot view of what's happening in the company.
Creates bonds amongst staff with hobbies, superpowers.Cons: No Media Library to assist business with templates and colour themes, gifs, pngs for presentations.
Overall: Every day is a new experience as we as people, are constantly discovering new things and new ways of doing things.
