Fair price, but with some miscommunication between sales team and the installers. Had to monitor the workers and instruct them about the details of downspout placement and wood replacement, which should have been communicated to them by the sales team. Ultimately, we got what we paid for and seems to be a good product.

My home in Rowlett suffered tornado damage in October 2019 and I was fortunate to meet the owner of Rolling Plains a few days later. Stevan made my insurance claim go smoothly, taking the time to meet with my adjuster team in person (he even brought and set up a ladder for them to more easily get onto my damaged roof!) and show the damaged areas. Throughout the process he maintained high levels of communication and professionalism. His crew was able to complete tear off and replacement within one day, and I have had zero issues with my new roof. This was a positive experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Rolling Plains to anyone in need of a new roof or other home repair services.

Matt was professional, arrived on time, and gave a fair price for all work performed. He performed the entire job (dry wall installation, trim repair, and painting) himself. He communicated well throughout the process and was happy to explain any work he did. He says he won't do anything that he wouldn't do in his own home, and cares about the customer's happiness over getting the job done quick.

Terry Hahn and his crew were great to work with. Very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Reframed glass wall in sunroom. Removed four large sections of glass, replaced wood framing and re-installed the same glass. Then painted sealed and caulked. Also installed vinyl wood plank flooring in two rooms. We have now contracted with Terry to replace our roof. He is working with insurance company to make sure we receive all repairs needed. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. Good quality work and we trust him. Will definitely hire him again when needed.

Gutter Logic installed gutters quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy with the quality, finished product, and warranty.
One area of disappointment was the financing. The sales representative offered an 18-month loan directly from Gutter Logic, but the financing was actually a new credit card opened in my name instead of an installment loan as stated. I recommend customers ensure they have the funds to pay in full and upfront, in order to avoid the surprise of an unwanted credit card.

As this is the first time that I have had gutters installed at my home, it was a great experience from beginning to end. BJ was very professional from the estimate to the walk-thru after completion. He stayed in contact throughout the process. The gutters are beautiful and compliment our house, as we were able to pick a color that we have not seen in our neighborhood and surrounding areas.
