"Ask questions. Know exactly what the technician will do before he arrives. I got the outside coils cleaned and the technician tried to only spray clean without removing the cover from the unit. I had to tell him that I requested that the cover be removed for a thorough cleaning. He complied. If I had other supervised the job would not have been done properly."
