Not only did they safely spray for them using eco-friendly products, but they even identified where they were coming in from and helped me patch up the gap in my doorway! "PCT has gone above and beyond what I had expected. Theyve demonstrated being more than thorough with a well thought out and executed plan. Ive had rat issues which has resulted in quite a bit of property damage. We are still currently in treatment but I can see how effective the strategy is and feel a sense of ease about this problem no longer being an issue. Everyone ive Dealt with has been pleasant and professional. They rearranged the schedule to fit me in based on the severity of the situation. A++"

"John at Hi Tech was outstanding. I'd hired another company prior to finding Hi Tech and they were crap. John stepped in and waived the inspection fee, inspected me the following day, and performed the work needed beginning next day. His crew was professional and extremely caring. They went above and beyond the call of duty and John refused to charge more money. He could have easily charged me another $1000.00 and would not do it even though I protested. I didn't want him losing money, but he stayed firm with the estimate. I love John and his crew. I'll recommend Hi Tech Termite Control to everybody in need of this service and any other services which they provide."
