"Outstanding rain gutter cleaning work. A and Rs Raphael has the can-do attitude. He is safety-minded. He returns the call ASAP. Arrives on time. Brings all his tools. He is physically fit. And not a drinker, nor a smoker or uses curse words. Very polite. His price is lower than most. Not a low baller, bait, and switch. The work was to clean rain gutters on a 2 stories house.
