We ended up getting top dollar for our home in a large part due to the work Eric and his crew did at our home. This was a long term project and Eric was with us every step of the way If he didn't know how to do something we needed done he figure it out and taught himself how to do it and did a great job every time His rates were more than fair and competitive.
