Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-Serghei and his colleague were excellent throughout the project as we had a number of issues with the materials. When the bathtub arrived, we found a crack and had to return it. We ordered 2 worktops and only received one so we delayed the works for 5 weeks later than planned. We also ordered a wall panel which was too short, but they came up with a solution to add skirting and picked it up the next morning. They were understanding and managed to finish the refurb ahead of schedule and checked with us along to way to ensure we were happy. We won't hesitate to use them again and love our new bathroom. Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-I am extremely happy with the end product ,a fantastic bathroom that is finished to the highest quality. The team are courteous, incredibly hardworking and very professional to deal with. My project wasn’t straight forward but Alex & team provided alternative ideas and nothing was ever a problem. After installing we had a slight problem with the radiators which was dealt with straight away ( on a sat evening) I would thoroughly recommend this team but do get a approx quote for non labour costs as they add up and the final cost was more than anticipated. However, the final outcome is fantastic & I am sure I won’t need to replace for a very very long time ! Thank you to all of your team 👍😀

I would highly recommend Flo easy Plumbing and Heating for any work needing done. They are very professional company.
Ash installed a new shower screen and kitchen tap for us. He was good in communication, able to answer questions and message back promptly. He was also helpful in providing recommendations and solutions to resolve multiple water leak problems we had in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Would certainly request Ash’s assistance again for any future projects.

On 1st impression, Steve came across as professional and trustworthy but we experienced the same issues as stated in a review from Sep. I was promised a team of multiskilled people to fit the bathroom but one person showed up who admitted almost immediately to not having all of the skills needed. We waited days for the electrician and the builder was unavailable due to long term sickness which he had before the job commenced. I was told the other person on the team had booked a last min holiday. The positive reviews seem to be down to one skilled person who I unfortunately didn’t get. The workmanship, management and communication was so below standard that I had to cancel the job, ask for a refund and get someone else in. Other tradespeople who have worked on the house have commented on the shoddy pipe work, amateur tiling measurements and not following manufacturer’s instructions. We now have a botched job to rectify and hiring pro-fit bathrooms is my biggest regret of my home refurb.

Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-I hired M builders to build me a wetroom from an existing toilet space going under the hallway stairs. First impressions were good. I met with Sandu who talked through the possiblities and together we came up with a plan. This was quickly followed up with a schedule of works which estimated what works would be completed and by when. First day, time was spent properly protecting house and floor with good quality materials. Sandu and the entire team were very knowledgeable and conscientious throughout. As I had opted to source material for the build; he checked all components were compatible before I placed the order and was able to offer alternatives when compatibility did meet the adopted standard. Communication and time keeping was outstanding, cannot fault it in any way. I was very impressed with the team throughout the build and really impressed with the outcome. Also the works were completed before schedule.
