"My husband and I contacted Restoration1 of Tysons when our new home flooded back in early September. I called in a panic unsure what to do, and ended up speaking to Brian Vent, the owner of the Tysons location. He immediately put me at ease with his personable and friendly tone, his calm professionalism, and quick responsiveness. He promised to come by our house personally that evening, and then showed up when he said he would. That initial introduction set the tone for all our interactions with him and his staff, Kyle and Jason, as we progressed through the remediation process. They were at our house every day to check on the drying process and answer our questions.
