Some of the offers are very confusing. I will go to one and you have an option to see other offers from that place and there will be two different 90 minute massages, but for 2 different prices. They have the exact name though, but no other details so you don't know what all comes with either massage. I also find that when I try and scroll through the listing that I can barely touch the screen and the listing jumps up or down, making it hard to scroll through and look at the different listenings

Love Groupon, although there are not nearly the amount of offers as we used to for out town. But All the ones I have ever bought have been so easy to redeem. My problem I buy so many I accidentally let them expire. However if you know in advance not going to be able to use it then you can return for a Groupon credit. But becareful if you do and make sure it goes through. I'm stuck with one I paid $68 for. It was for dinner for 4 somewhere.

I stopped using Groupon in 2019 when I was double charged and had to dispute the second one. Now I've just tried to place an order. A ten dollar shipping charge was added. There is absolutely no way to cancel this order in the app. Nothing directs you to the website at all. I found out there is a 2 hour cancellation window but only on the website. Why trick people like this? I had to find out the return window and process from an outside resource. This is a cheap trick and it's disgusting.
