After a detailed consultation with owner Lanney Ogletree on 12/23/22, technician Kyle came out today (12/28) and installed a beautiful Bradford White tank water heater and I had HOT water within 30 minutes. "I would highly recommend Keith from Sears Plumbing. I had him install a new Water Pressure Reducing Valve (PVR) in a rental property we have. Keith promptly scheduled with our tenant and our tenant reported that he showed up on time, and was super courteous, prompt and kind. I checked out the job completion and I'm very happy with the result. I feel that a lot of plumbers really take advantage of customers on this particular repair, but Keith charged a fair and reasonable amount for this repair. There was one other minor issue that we had him look at with a slow shower faucet leaking, and he took care of this as well!
