"Joseph did a wonderful job refinishing/restaining our deck. He was incredibly thorough with every step in the process. We had a minor miscommunication early on regarding the type of stain we had previously used on the deck, and he ended up having to spend a little more time than original planned to do a additional round of power washing. But he was cool and didn't charge us for the additional labor. Overall, we are very very happy with his work, and love our restained deck."
