"The painting of our home was done with expert attention to detail and even fix some damage that was on our home in a couple of places. He also repaired some stucco a on our fence and advised us of some the need of rubberized coating on our patio roof which he also did. He and his crew were very thorough in the work, cleanup and fair in their price with a discount on roof coating because he was already here. He also took extra time in helping us choose our colors. Our home looks fabulous. Super happy. We highly recommend him. Bob & Ann"

"I highly recommend John Shaw and his team. John showed up within minutes of the appointment time for the estimate. He and his team started the job and finished exactly as they stated. What set John apart of other contractors is his attention to details and his outstanding communication thru out the project. Prior to completing the job, John initiated an inspection with me along his side. His trained eyes caught few minor issues that required some touch up. It would take me days later to see these imperfections. In summary, John and his team completed a high quality job on time and outstanding communication from Start to Finish. Thank you, John very much for a pleasant experience. Definitely hire again when needs arise"

"David and John we re knowledgeable, and did a thorough job on our roof. They assessed the issues and showed me pictures. Their price was fair and they even did a few extra things once they cleared some branches away and discovered some missing tiles. They came right away and the job was done in a couple of hours. They are approachable and did an awesome job!"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
