"My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona. Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!"

"Joe came in the day before, clarified a few points over some changes we made. Three young men came in, each knowing their jobs, worked quickly and quietly. Joe checked in with us each day, as well as talking to his men. The job was completed in three days: kitchen & dinette area, first floor: laundry room, bathroom, wet bar & Den. Stairwell going down to first floor, then up to the third floor. Stair railings. 3rd floor hall. Then trim & doors for three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. "A&J Custom Quality Painting painted my house in December, 2006. I am very pleased with their work. Alex, the contractor, listened to my requests and followed them. He came to my house often to inspect the work and told the painters what I wanted and what he wanted from them. He advised me on the color of the trim which I chose to use. I am happy with the colors. My house looks new! Alex was courteour to me as were his painters. The crew arrived on time evey day, worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. After I paid Alex for the work and at my request, he sent one of the painters to my house to do some touch ups."

"Our house was painted over 20 years ago. While the stucco is still in tact, the facia was showing age and wear. We heard from a friend that Genuine Coatings was in the area painting houses. Thought weâ d get a quote to address facia deterioration. During consultation Mario Alleano, owner of Genuine Coatings (GC), suggested we (two friends and I) take a look at a couple houses his crew recently painted in the area. He actually arranged for us to tour one property and talk with the homeowner who praised the quality of workmanship clearly visible and professionalism of GC staff (always on time; courteous and friendly; left the job site clutter-free; met the projected date of completion). We each requested a quote for full house repair and paint. After vetting three other painting companies we determined GC reasonably priced and able to work with our individual schedules. My two friends arranged to immediately start work on their houses. My job was scheduled to begin a month later so I had the luxury of watching their work in progress. Friend#1 chose a completely different updated color palate, while Friend#2 chose to refresh her existing house and trim colors. Both jobs required different construction/deconstruction requirements and came in on time. Impeccable workmanship. While we waited for our start date to arrive Mario texted to check on color choice, confirm start date, and address lingering questions. Our job required ladders to be placed over the neighborâ s fence. Neighbors report the workmen were always â friendly and courteous.â Final outcome â ¦ stunning rejuvenation. "Absolutely Exceeded My Expectations! Thanks for painting our home like it were your own. We couldnâ t be any happier with the quality work and the fine finished product Albin and his entire team did for us!! I was recommended to All Brands by my next-door neighbor and I am thrilled to report that both of our houses turned out beautifully. The owner Albin and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and most of all very skilled painters. They really should call what they do â house transformationâ and not just painting! I couldnâ t believe just how much effort they put into â preppingâ the house for paint. They spent many days scraping, priming, washing, sanding and priming again and so on, just to make sure that the paint surface was the best in the best condition possible. I was so relieved to see that they really took pride in their work and didnâ t just scrape, wash and paint like I have seen less quality painting companies do. Albin and his team were also super accommodating and I really appreciated that given that I like things â just rightâ if you know what I mean. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times before they actually purchased the paint(which by the way in my case was top quality Benjamin Moore paint and not some â off brandâ ) and each time they were happy to paint swatches onto my house of all 3 colors in different lights just to make sure I would be completely satisfied with how the colors looked. The best part other than the finished paint job was this thing Albin does with a roll of blue painters tape. Once our home was entirely painted, he hands me this roll of blue tape and tells me to â go around the entire house and put a piece of blue tape on anything and everything that I thought needed more attention, or was somehow missed, or not done to my exact standards.â Then he comes and goes over every piece of blue tape to make sure he knows how to direct his crew to make it exactly right for me! That part meant my house was exactly as I wanted without having to get into some kind of awkward discussion-big relief. I still canâ t believe how much work he and his crew does for such a totally fair price. I am thrilled with my home, and my next-door neighbors had All Brands paint there home as well and had just as great of an experience as I did. If you are looking and reading through all of the reviews both the good and the bad, then let me tell you that out of the three estimates we got, All Brands Painting turned out to be the best of the bunch on quality, professionalism and especially price. "Anny Painting painted the trim, gutters, downspouts, and front door on my stucco home in September and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The trim had been painted a dark tudor brown color back in 2010 and was peeling significantly around my home. Byoung Kim, the owner, communicated very well with me throughout the two-day process. They arrived right at 8:00 am both days and were very organized. They scraped and sanded all the trim thoroughly and taped plastic drip sheets on all key places on the siding, roof, and ground. Then they primed the trim, gutters and downspouts, my front door, and the frames of our screens. The windows and doors had to be opened slightly to paint them properly and they helped me seal the cracks with masking tape, paper, etc. to prevent bugs from invading our house. And it worked! They painted the wood trim with Benjamin Moore Aura soft-gloss paint, and the metal gutters and downspouts with Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec DTM (direct to metal) acrylic semi-gloss paint. We used White Dove OC-17 paint on the trim, etc. and Smoldering Red 2007-10 for the front door. They were meticulous about final touch ups, window scraping, etc. The final result was beautiful and I found no drips on the side of the house, driveway, walkways, etc. I highly recommend Anny Painting!"
