"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"We have used Brian and his team for multiple projects. The biggest project was for our built in bookshelves. The work was quick but extremely well done. We have also had trouble where our builder had done a shoddy job and 3 of our under mounted sinks collapsed and detached from the counter. Brian quickly sent someone over to fix those. "Had water appearing at the base of the toilet. One company, without pulling the toilet, said that the toilet was broken on the underside and all I needed was a new toilet(did not use this company). According to what I read on the internet, the toilet has to be pulled up first before the real problem can be determined. This is exactly what Jason said and did. Once the toilet was pulled, it was very obvious that it was NOT a broken toilet, but a much worse scenario that affected the toilet in each bathroom. He thoroughly explained what had happened and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. It was quite a process, but he organized floor, wall, baseboard and even electrical repairs. Bathrooms are good as before and I can't tell where the patches were done. Would definitely use this company again."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
