"On 12/15/22, my 25 year old A. O. Smith tank water heater decided to 'retire' from service, leaving me without hot water until today, 12/28/22. After a detailed consultation with owner Lanney Ogletree on 12/23/22, technician Kyle came out today (12/28) and installed a beautiful Bradford White tank water heater and I had HOT water within 30 minutes. A previous competitor company quoted a price range that was more than double what I paid to Purewater Plumbing. Kyle was very prompt for the appointment, explained throughout the install the 'why's' and 'wherefore's' of the process, educated me about maintenance going forward, and was an all around gentleman and scholar! I am so glad I did my research and feel I received a great installation for a very fair, competitive, affordable price. After 13 days of being in 'Little House on The Prairie' mode with no running hot water, I can once again luxuriate in my nice warm tub baths - Yes!! I am very pleased and grateful. "Called and talked to Miguel. He came out and looked at the trees that I wanted trimmed to stumps. He quoted me a competitive price within my range being retired and on SS. He kept updating us on when he could tackle the job with his crew. The trees were between our house and our neighbor with very little room for mistakes. They surgically trimmed the trees down to a manageable size with pin point expertise. Miguel and Tino came back the next morning when he said he would to finish the job, despite that it snowed during the night. They completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Wonderful company and GOOD PEOPLE!!! Was a Blessing to find them. Hire them, you will not regret it."

"Michael was prompt , courteous, and very knowledgeable—unclogged shower drain and found other plumbing issues to address—I’d asked him to fix flapper valve on a 50 yr old toilet—he fixed it for a very reasonable price but pointed out other age-related problems like rusted bolts and recommended getting a new toilet—he noticed the drain plug mechanism in bathroom sink was broken and the sink was cracked underneath and fixed the stopper and filled the crack for free— he showed and explained the work he did and gave advice on things I can do myself monthly to avoid future clogs —I highly recommend him!"

"From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the "the basement toilet is gurgling" I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account. I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street. His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline. Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well. Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."
