"After a previous excellent experience with Appliance Rescue with a dishwasher, my clothes washer decided to take a break. I contacted Appliance Rescue again and scheduled an appointment. I'm sorry I do not remember the repairman's name, but he was very professional. He arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem (It needed a new water pump.) and fixed it quickly. He left the work site in better condition than when he arrived. As an added bonus, "the boss" was doing a ride-along that day so I got two for the price of one. The cost was very reasonable and I love working with everyone in this company. While I hope to never need their services again, I will definitely call them if I do."
