Initial consultation with Scott, and installation by Fabio and Joe. All 3 were professional, respectful, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing, and when an issues was found with the original construction (drywall was cemented right on the cinder block so they could not remove all of it) they presented options and resolved the situation. Beautiful walk in shower with safety features for my elderly mother so we know she can be safe when we're away. Clean up was thorough, we were very pleased with the whole process.

A miscalculation in material needed resulted a redo of one end of the shower. The shower slide bar was missing and damage to the rear end of the enclosure necessitating 2 more service calls. The company promptly addressed the issues, no arguments. There was no hassling about paying the balance due during this time frame. The crews (2) were pleasant and put in a long day without complaint. There was lost of plaster dust, no surprise. The downstairs crew did a pretty good job cleaning up with their vacuum cleaner. The upstairs crew just did a broom job and really left a mess.
