I had a horrible rat/mice infestation and he came out every week sometimes twice a week to check traps and collect the ones he caught. We contacted B3 after a failed attempt at removing mice from our home and one other company. After one visit, he explained everything thoroughly and got to work. His knowledge was superb and we can not say enough great things about the service & follow up!

We approached B3 Pest Solutions to seek help with a rodent problem that was detected on our attic. Vin from B3 Pest Solutions was very responsive to our need and immediately came down the very next day to check the property for us. He spoke to us at length and explained to us every step that he would take to address the issue. Listening to him speak and determine a course of action to resolve the problem made us feel confident that we have found the right person for help. Over the next few days, Vin was constantly in touch as he kept us informed of the progress we were making every day. I have worked with other people in the past but never with someone who is so meticulous, sincere and methodical in his approach. Vin came to my home the same day I contacted him to investigate the odor from a dead animal. Unfortunately, the location could not be easily determined or accessed, but Vin spent a couple hours at the house crawling through the attics and examining the exterior of the home and doing everything possible. I learned a ton from Vin about how to detect animal/pest activity. Vin even returned to the property later in the week. Vin was very thorough and is an expert in his field.

The Mystery has been Solved!!! We truly thought we had a squirrel in our vent...Vin and Team came out on The Eve of Thanksgiving...He Did not rush the job...He explained every step...to try and locate this mystery!! There was definitely evidence of something in the wall or vent...They looked in vents and we decided to cut two small openings right in the area of the odor...2nd cut was the Winner...Not a squirrel ...But a opossum!! After the removal..Vin. and crew secured the cut outs with pieces he cut while at his truck...They made sure before they sealed that they cleaned the area and sprayed. They walked us through every step and gave guidance on following up and preventative measures! Vin, also found an opening by the air unit and sealed it. I am so Thankful and Pleased with their willingness and their can do approach. Vin, is very Knowledgeable and Detailed! They KNOW what they are doing!! And They Care about Their Customers and the Service they provide!! A True Blessing!! I Will be using B3 Pest Solutions for preventive maintenance etc..I Highly recommend Vin and B3Pest Soutions!
