"Hereâ s why I like Dustin and his people. They take this critter-catching thing personally. If they owned and lived in my house, they couldnâ t have worked any harder getting my crawl space closed in and my home wrapped up tight. I actually had to stop myself a couple of times from saying, â oh, you donâ t have to do that.â They did it. And more. Stuff I would have never found and never known about, they repaired. They even anticipated places tree rats may someday take a liking to and reinforced them also. They caught and humanely relocated a raccoon and a possum. The big rat that had been harassing us, alas, did not fare as well. He wonâ t be missed. They did all this with courtesy and good humor. Donâ t waste time with any other company. Hire these people."

"After a couple of months of hearing thumping, and movement We called, they were right on it, came the next day. Everyone was great while determining what kind of varmint was in my attic...Possum?, raccoon?, squirrel? or mice? After going through several visits, setting a P&J trap which we didn't catch the big guys,but the trap was licked clean. They determined it was a mice problem. Threw out poison pellets for them to nibble on. Has quieted down. No more thumping. So far so good! Winter is here now, so we are awaiting spring to see if it was mice, and see if they have found another residence. I am to contact them in the spring. Yes, for sure - give them a call!"

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Austin called me within minutes of my inquiry. He was at my residence the next day to give me a FREE quote. Austin provided photographs of proof of where animals were accessing my crawl space and explained what he could do to eliminate these animals (squirrels & raccoons) . I accepted his quote and he was at my house the next day to close the openings to my crawl space. We waited several days to ensure no animals remained underneath my house. Austin returned then, finished cleaning, sealing & securing my crawl space. Only at that time did he accept payment for a job well done. "Brent was quick to respond. Brent was very thorough in explaining what they would do to help eliminate the drain flies resulting from a broken pipe in our crawl space. He and his associate arrived when planned and went to work. They went above and beyond what I had expected. Brent was extremely helpful in providing advice regarding the remediation work that had been completed in the crawl space. Communication was fantastic. Brent called the following day to check in and provide some additional tips. I will never use any other pest control company.
